Trane Building Automation Systems sustain the system performance over the building lifetime through monitoring and systems alarms, commissioning, measurement and analysis. Each component is coordinated for optimal performance of the entire HVAC system.
BUILDING MANAGEMENT CONTROLS
Today, our customers require smarter and better technology that makes it easier to efficiently manage their buildings. Building automation systems do not have to be complex to be effective. Trane’s Building Management System (BMS) requires limited settings with predefined functions. It is also highly flexible and simple to reconfigure and customize in order to match the evolving needs of the occupants.
EQUIPMENT CONTROLLERS
Trane offers a wide range of field controllers to suit virtually any application. These units are compatible with a variety of building types and can be used for new construction or renovation.
When used with a Tracer™ building management system, the controllers become part of a system level performance strategy so that their combination provides the right level of comfort and safety at the right cost. Many of our building controls feature an easy-to-use touch screen and display that eliminates the need for a keyboard or mouse. The interface has a unified look and feel across the entire Tracer product line, simplifying training and enhancing operator efficiency in buildings with multiple Tracer controllers.
